Most people I am acquainted with are aware of the fact that my biggest passion is cooking so one question I get asked time and again is what is an easy recipe for me to cook?
It was only last week someone posted a question on my blog saying "I have to cook a dessert tomorrow and need to know if you have any nice tips. Ideally it would contain icecream, fruit and should not take more than a few hrs to prepare."
I suggested he makes Apple Crisp with the following recipe: 6 apples skinned then diced and put into a baking dish . Dust 1/2 a cup of white sugar on the top mixed with some vanilla. Take a hefty dish and mix 1 cup of oats, 1/2 a cup of sugar and a little ghee. Tip this blend over the apples then cook in the oven at 350 degrees farenheit for 1/2 an hour. Delectable as well as so easy to prepare. If you are ever making Creme Brulee I always like to finish them off nicely with a kitchen blowtorch
Another effortless dish that so many friends like is berries and cream. Keep to my instructions:
one cup raspberries
one cup strawberries, sliced if they are large
one cup blueberries
quarter cup heavy whipping cream
three tablespoons pure maple syrup
Mix the whipping cream and maple syrup together so they are correctly combined.
Gently mix the cream and maple syrup into the berries.
Permit the dessert to rest for forty five min to an hour. Eat up!
Heat a skillet on middling heat. Lay a pancake on for about a two mins for each side to heat it, and then put it to the side. Now, oil the pan and chuck the spices in, swishing the pan somewhat to get them good and spread. Now hurl the whole lot but the pancake into the pan next sautée it. You’ll observe some discolouration–the cauliflower and mushrooms pick up all of the colouring with the tumeric and lime almost immediately, but this is totally fine. They’re just kind of golden now! Sautée until ready, and I usually use the sausage for the guide for this. You need it to cook and harden rather, but not so much that it’s burned. It’s about the same desired feel as pork sausage.
On my personal blog I talk about lots of the tastiest desserts especially dishes that need a kitchen blowtorch so I have to include good old brulee de la creme as the best ever dessert.
